Background: Atshma is a respiratory problem characterized by breathing difficulties due to airway inflammation or constriction. One method that could be used to improve breathing patterns is through the application of the buteyko breathing technique. It reduces hyperventilation by controlling breath reduction, potentially decreasing the frequency of bronchial asthma patients. Methods: This study employed an experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach, involving 37 participants. Results: Based on statistical analysis, the buteyko breathing technique demonstrated a significant effect, with a pre-test p value of 0,000 and a post-test p-value of 0,000. Conslusion: The quantitative findings of this study confirm that the buteyko breathing technique effectively reduces asthma recurrence in bronchial asthma patients at Johan Pahlawan Health Center condicts health promotion and provides education on non-pharmacological approaches to managing asthma recurrence to enhance community awareness and understanding of bronchial asthma.Orita SatriaFitri AprianiSiti DamayantiDinda Muharamah

Background: According to the World Health Organization (WHO), it has now officially stated that online game addiction is a mental disorder. In Indonesia, there are 54.1% of adolescents aged 15-18 years who experience online game addiction, namely 77.5% of male adolescents and 22.5% of female adolescents who use time to play online games, with 2-10 hours per week. Objective: To determine the relationship between online game addiction and mental health in adolescents at SMP Negeri 4 Meulaboh. Methods: The type of research used is an analytic survey study with a cross sectional approach. This study was conducted on 58 samples selected by stratified random sampling technique and carried out from January 22 to 24, 2024. Data analysis method using Chi Square statistical test. Results: The results showed a value of 0.002 (p value <0.05) Conclusion: From the results of the study it was found that there was a relationship between online game addiction and mental health in adolescents in public high school 4 meulaboh. Appendicitis merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang umum terjadi dan dapat berdampak serius jika tidak ditangani secara tepat. Pencegahan terhadap apendisitis menjadi penting, terutama pada kelompok remaja yang sedang berada dalam masa transisi perkembangan fisik dan psikologis. Pengetahuan yang memadai mengenai gejala, penyebab, dan tindakan pencegahan appendicitis diyakini berperan penting dalam membentuk perilaku pencegahan yang efektif. Tujuan: Untuk hubungan pengetahuan dengan upaya pencegahan Appendicitis pada remaja di SMP Negeri 3 Meulaboh. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Dilakukan pada 107 sampel yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24 Januari 2025. Hasil Penelitian: Terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dengan upaya pencegahan Appendicitis, dengan hasil p-value 0,004 < α=0,05. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dengan upaya pencegahan Appendicitis di SMP Negeri 3 Meulaboh. Saran: Diharapkan bagi sekolah dapat memberikan edukasi lebih lanjut kepada siswa tentang penyakit yang sering terjadi dan lebih memperhatikan pengetahuan siswa untuk mencegah terjadinya minim pengetahuan kepada siswa. Background: Bullying behavior is an action that is carried out repeatedly from time to time by one or more people and the behavior violates norms because it is negative, in this case bullying behavior consists of several namely physical, verbal, relational, sexual, cyber bullying, One of the impacts that occurs due to bullying is social interaction.Objective: To relate the tendency of bullying behavior to social interaction in adolescents in SMP 1 Meulaboh. Methods: This study is a quantitative research, a type of analytical survey research with a cross sectional approach. The sample consisted of 100 respondents who were selected by the Statified random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out from January 10 to 14, 2024, and analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test. Result: The results of the analysis showed the relationship between the tendency of bullying behavior g to social interaction in adolescents at SMP 1 Meulaboh, West Aceh Regency with a p value of 0.044< 0.05. Conclusion: Bullying behavior has a significant effect on social interaction in adolescents. Latar Belakang: Hipertensi merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan kronis yang banyak dialami oleh lanjut usia (lansia) dan berkontribusi terhadap risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Meskipun terapi farmakologis sering digunakan, intervensi non-farmakologis seperti terapi relaksasi otot progresif dinilai efektif dan aman untuk menurunkan tekanan darah. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi terapi relaksasi otot progresif terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuatitatif dengan desain quasy - experiment, yaitu pre - test dan post-test tanpa kelompok kontrol melibatkan 21 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik pulposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan signifikan pada tekanan darah sistolik (rata-rata dari 160,67 mmHg menjadi 152,57 mmHg; p = 0,002) dan diastolik (dari 94,67 mmHg menjadi 89,81 mmHg; p = 0,001) setelah diberikan intervensi. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari terapi relaksasi otot progresif terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi. Saran: Terapi relaksasi otot progresif dapat dijadikan intervensi non-farmakologis alternatif yang sederhana, murah, dan aman sebagai bagian pengolaan tekanan darah pada pasien lansia.Rizki AndrianiMayya SariNanda QoriansasHafdhallah Hafdhallah
