Teeth that have undergone root canal treatment, whether diagnosed with pulp necrosis or irreversible pulpitis, have lost significant hard tissue structure due to caries. Post-root canal restoration generally involves additional reinforcement inserted into the root canal. This treatment is called post treatment, followed by crown placement. Based on the manufacturing method, posts are divided into two types: custom-made posts and prefabricated posts. Prefabricated posts are the most commonly used because they are made of fiber and offer several advantages. The advantages of prefabricated fiber posts include good aesthetics, resistance to corrosion, a modulus of elasticity nearly equal to dentin, and adhesive bonding to the root canal wall surface. This adhesive bond creates a good bond with the tooth structure and also improves the monoblock properties due to the use of the same material. After the post is placed into the root canal, a crown is placed to perfect the shape of the root canal crown. This case report describes the steps involved in installing a prefabricated post and crown on a tooth after root canal treatment. The first visit involved gutta-pertussis reduction with gates, followed by root canal widening. A trial post was then placed, followed by post cementation and core fabrication. Impressions and temporary crowns were made after the cores were made. The patient was instructed to return once the zirconia crown was finished, and it was inserted immediately. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efek imunomodulator dari ekstrak daun singkong terhadap peningkatan jumlah monosit pada mencit yang diinduksi dengan padi. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menggunakan dua kelompok mencit: kelompok kontrol negatif dan kelompok perlakuan (P). Kelompok kontrol tidak menerima ekstrak daun singkong, sedangkan kelompok perlakuan menerima ekstrak daun singkong dengan dosis tertentu. Jumlah monosit diukur pada kedua kelompok setelah periode perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun singkong secara signifikan meningkatkan jumlah monosit pada kelompok perlakuan dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun singkong memiliki potensi sebagai imunomodulator dengan meningkatkan aktivitas sistem kekebalan tubuh melalui peningkatan jumlah monosit. Science literacy skills involve the application of science, the ability to recognize problems, and draw logical conclusions through existing data that need to be instilled since elementary school. Guided inquiry is an alternative learning approach that has proven effective in encouraging students' science literacy, especially in studying the topic of the solar system. This study examines the effect of guided inquiry assisted by augmented reality flashcards to encourage the improvement of science literacy in students at the primary education level. This research design applies a pre-experimental one-group pre-test-post-test because there is only one rombel at SDN 02 Kedung Jepara, with 24 grade VI students as samples. Research instruments in the form of pre-test and post-test using 16 multiple choice questions that have been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the results of the Paired Samples T-Test test, there is a significant difference in pretest and posttest scores, indicated by an average value of -21.61458 and the acquisition of significance results (Sig. 2-tailed) 0.000. This study examines the issue of students' low understanding of chemical elements at the MTsN 1 Nganjuk, which is influenced by the abstract nature of the material and the lack of interactivity in its presentation. The primary objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of PUZDIK (Periodic Table Puzzle) as a gamification-based learning medium in enhancing students’ conceptual understanding in science. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research involved 33 eighth-grade students from MTsN 1 Nganjuk, selected through purposive sampling. The instruments used were essay-type questions for both pretest and posttest, analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and N-Gain calculation. The results showed a significant improvement between pretest and posttest scores, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), and N-Gain scores categorized as high (≥ 0.82), with an average increase reaching 100%. These findings indicate that the PUZDIK media is effective in strengthening students’ conceptual understanding in science. This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 02 Kedung, which were presumed to be caused by conventional teaching methods that did not actively involve students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes in the IPAS subject, particularly on the topic of changes in the state of matter. The research employed a quantitative approach with a one group pretest-posttest design. The test instruments were validated through a trial process to ensure their feasibility. The results showed that the average student score increased from 60.64 in the pretest to 71.35 in the posttest, with a paired sample t-test significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). This indicates a significant difference in learning outcomes before and after the implementation of the inquiry learning model. The model encouraged students to be more active in the learning process through activities such as observing, questioning, and drawing conclusions. These findings demonstrate that the inquiry learning model is effective in IPAS learning as it improves conceptual understanding and fosters more meaningful and contextual learning experiences.Adhitya Putra PratamaErna Zumrotun

This study analyzes the seismicity parameters of Lombok Island using ZMAP 7.1 to better understand the region’s earthquake characteristics. The results indicate a high level of seismic activity, with an a-value of 10.257 and an annual a-value of 8.743, corresponding to an average of approximately nine earthquakes per year. The calculated b-value of 1.58 ± 0.07 also reflects high seismicity, suggesting that rocks in the study area have a limited capacity to withstand stress and store energy, thereby favoring the occurrence of low-magnitude events. Conversely, zones with lower b-values are relatively stronger and capable of generating higher-magnitude earthquakes. The predominance of moderate to high b-values across Lombok Island indicates that much of the accumulated energy was released during the 2018 earthquake sequence associated with the Flores back-arc thrust.Achmad Fajar Narotama Sarjan
